Zinn admitted to the police that he was supposed to be the decoy, so the real shooter could get away.
Obviously means that he had some involvement, and he might have known who the shooter was. Now, he's in custody so they have time to fully question him on his role.
Another thing that we discovered in our investigation into him - Israeli born, served in the IDF as well.
Unless I am reading this wrong. It sounds like he must have been involved with the plans. Not only for Charlie's assassination but possibly other attacks as well. I think maybe a couple days of truth seeking may be in order to get some info from this guy. Perhaps water boarding or other methods may get the information we need.
